Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm new to the forum. I'm a supporter in the US. Looking forward to following RBK with you this coming season.
Is there online radio coverage of matches?

Very nice! Please do post in the thread "How I became a RBK supporter".
Sometimes you can listen to matches on the radio online, but in Norwegian only. My yankee-relatives speak some Norwegian, but im guessing that you, like most Americans, dont? |

Can't say my Norwegian is very good but I'd like to learn and I think listening to the matches would imerse me in the language and get me an idea of whats going on in the matches. At least I'll know when we score! |

I just have to ask: why the interest in Norway and Rosenborg? We are honoured, by the way |

I find Scandavian language and culture fascinating. I also think the countries are beautiful, being relatively untouched compared to the United States. I've never been to Norway, only Iceland in that region but would love to visit and get a better feel for the country.
As for Rosenborg, I explained in the sticky thread that watching Rosenborg on Champions League coverage over here I always admired the clubs ability to stay with so called "bigger clubs" despite not being given a chance by commentators. |

Oh- and if you want to try out your Norwegian- dont be afraid. There are some other foreigners whose native tongue isnt norwegian that posts in the norwegian forums. |

Thanks guys, that's very flattering I did post a few times a few years before (not even sure of my username and password back then), but only a couple of messages (wasn't into internet that much then). I only properly started posting this year, now that I have an internet connection at home (and got addicted to the worldwide web quite rapidly It's full of goodness, both football and non-football related - won't go into detail about the non-football stuff ) _________________ Rosenborg, forever pride of the North!

So expect me soon in the other parts of the forum as well (gimme a few weeks to exercise, in orde not to make a complete fool of myself ) _________________ Rosenborg, forever pride of the North!

Don't worry. Many of the norwegian users do that all the time _________________ Never argue with an idiot... you'll
