I started a petition to reform the European football tournaments in a way that only actual domestic champions can access the tournament. This will give smaller clubs and clubs from smaller leagues a fair chance to compete and grow, and will bring on some new faces to the existing set-up rather than seeing the same teams over and over again.

http://www.gopetition.com.../9507.html or www.reformeuropeanfootball.tk

I am fully aware that this will probably not impress UEFA that much, but those who don't try will never succeed of course.

Thanks to anyone who signs!

I'm with ya on that one..but you know maybe not make it send real madrid to uefa but let other teams to try their luck better its impossible that a team that came all the way from 1st round has to face some ugly british monster or like we met liverpool?? we could have met milan or arsenal but the worse team we could get was dynamo kiev..

So basically, maybe get rid of the seeded and unseeded crap and go easy for the small clubs

I signed it. It's about time we fight against the G14-influence.

we want European cups to be restored to the original formats without seeded teams that are protected.

I'm not sure I agree on this. I think there should be some seeding before the group stage, so the biggest leagues have a fixed place. It's OK for me that the lower ranked leagues should have some extra qualification rounds.

I want the CL to go back to the system around 95 and 96, where there were only champions, 4 groups and then directly to the quarter finals.
