Rosenborg, Brøndby, Djurgården and Pohang Steelers of South Korea will take part in the Maspalomas tournament at Gran Canaria 13th to 15th January.
The matches will most likely be televised on Viasat Sport (SportN here in Norway). |

correct,and bearing in mind that Brondby and Djurgarden also have Royal League fixtures after the winter break,they need to keep themselves in good condition for the next rounds of Royal League fixtures in Feb 2006
but I think this is also a chance to parade Rosenborg's new signings during the close season,apart from staying in shape.
anyway I wonder if all 4 teams will bring out their best squads for the tournament...I have faith that Rosenborg would do so

| I think at least the three Scandinavians club will use their best players. The main reason for this is getting fit for the UEFA Cup (RBK) and the Royal League (Djurgården and Brøndby). |

Essediri made a great debut tonight:
He played very well in the friendly match against Brøndby of Denmark, and had many good cross-balls. This is something Rosenborg have been missing for years, ever since Jan Derek Sørensen left for Borussia Dortmund in January 2001. |
