Moldskred is as good as Helstad was for Brann, if he can keep fit he is gonna get many goals this year. Rushfeldt is dependent on the team and as long Tromsø produces the goods he will be rapidely closing in on Brattbakk's record.

Rosenborg are top of the table, despite two less than impressing games against Brann and Start.
But being able to take points/wins in undeserving situations is what separates a decent season from a great season.

Now let's hope Prica can finally show something, as he hasn't been impressive so far IMO.

Probably getting Rush back (for free?) was a better short-term solution?

RBK tried to get him for free in December, but Rushfeldt chose Tromsø.

Rushfeldt would be wrong option IMO, like signing Azar Karadas again. How about getting Braaten back? Smile

I doubt Braaten wants to return now. He is doing very well in France at the moment.

Urgh, Fagermo's team are always stubborn. Molde won at Stabaek at least, though Molde are actually looking quite strong at the moment. Early days yet, and whilst we're not getting beat, it would have been top.

Brann have just scored to add to the dissapointment.

Heh, yet another less than impressive game for RBK...

Sadly, I can see a trend... it just takes a tight-ish defense and a team that play "low" and Rosenborg can't create a decent scoring chance.

The games with Brann and Odd reminded me of the homegame with Brugge i fjor, and it's not a pleasant memory.

Molde's Senegalese trio are definetly a handful, probably the best counter attacking unit in the league. Will be interesting when they come against our Ivorian Traore and Konan Ya.

Absolutely, though I don't think there are any teams that operate as defensively as Odd under Fagermo. Stabaek and Brann are both conceding plenty of goals.

Hmm, I doubt that neither Konan or Traore will play that many games this season Sad

Another played has scored today that (i think) we should keep tabs on, Muhammed Keita of Godset. With Molde losing yesterday, great chance to extend our lead tonight.

No, just kept an eye on the score. I actually thought we'd win after we levelled at 1-1, just not that late.

On another topic, is anyone surprised by Knut Torum and Start? It's still early but they look like they'll do ok this season. Bolanos seems like a good buy though unlike RBK, they don't have much depth I don't think.

Odd are doing well to as well as Sandefjord, great start for the promoted teams.

Indeed, very surprising. But in a close league like Tippeligaen, it seems to be an advantage in relegating when you return to the top league. The promoting teams are always more hungry and you don't need much more to perform well in our league...

André Hansen (Lillestrøm) copied Arason. Very Happy

Video clip should be available pretty soon @ tv2.no.

Steffens' goal could be a big one tonight when we look back at this season. Surprised how solid Molde look, their counter attack is lethal!

Yes, it was a very important goal, no doubt about that. I am a little dissapointed about how we conceded goals today, both could have been avoided. There is no doubt that Molde will be a strong contender this season, but when we have the homefield advantage I expect more out of our team, than what was shown today. Nevertheless a draw is okay, but no more than that.

What a game!

I had no more nails to bite, and I actually thought we were gonna lose. And that would have been a double blow... An home loss against the (allegedly) main rivals is bad already, but when it comes in such a messy way it's even worse.

Luckly Ivers saved our ass(ets) today...

However there are a lot of issues that must be sorted out ASAP, otherwise it'll be just a matter of time before things can turn for the worse again, just like it happened last year.

4-4-2 or 4-3-3; what to do with Olsen; Jarstein at it again...

We can't always rely on a late goal.

P.S. Why on earth are Molde players whining about the referee???

Meh, a point is ok, Sandefjord is a difficult place to go to I think this year. The Molde result was far more important.

A point is NOT okay, not after we were leading 2-0 and looked in control.

Not when we lose two more points because our keeper can't hold on to an easy ball.

Jarstein has been dropping the ball [physically and metaphorically] too much, and something must be done.
Sadly, our two other keepers aren't much more consistent, so the chances of a blunder are high anyway.

It sucks knowing you must score one more goal because every time the ball goes near your penalty area you get shivers down your spine, hoping the keeper won't screw it up once more.
