We are looking forward to seeing our young talent Alexander Tettey in the central midfield role. He has done well in that role in the Champions League, so hopefully he can match Turkey too. |

We have a lot of injury player and we won't play against you with our main squad. Our strikers(Semih and Nihat) are so short for your defenders and our defenders is so bad now.i am afraid of carew.i know him from Beşiktaş in Türkiye. We must be careful about Carew... |

It's gonna be cold for the turkish lads in Oslo, Norway. Im not 100 percent aware of how cold it's gonna be, but I would say around -4 to 5+ calsius. Anyway, I think we'll bet you this time, you are coming with an inexperienced squad and you have even lost Bastürk now.
Carew and Iversen scores the goals. |

I know that the weather will be very cold but now our team is in estonia in 4 days for acclimate to weather...
Yıldıray Baştürk is very important player for us but he hasn't played any match this season for national team.So not important who is absent....
Does Iversen play RBK who scored two goals to Valencia? |

Not to be disrespectful, but I for one will have a laugh if we will see any calsius during the match. Maybe in the form of pills? |

The weather is not important. We have good players..
who will be goalkeeper,mhyre?
Be careful our right winger,Gökhan Gönül(plays Fenerbahçe that best club in Turkey) and Hamit Altıntop(plays Bayern Münich that best club in Germany) and Mhyre knows Hamit very well;) |

4 Rosenborg players in the selection, so more than ever we should all root for Norway! A draw in theory is enough because then beating Malta is enough to qualify, but I would rather win the game and not depend on what happens in Malta. Heia Norge! _________________ Rosenborg, forever pride of the North!

I also prefer club football. I am not really too enthousiast about national teams, I pay attention to a few countries (including Norway) but I am much more fanatic in following club football.
But must say this is an interesting game for me. Country where I want to move to -versus- country I've been living in the last half year. So I must say this is an extremely interesting game for me. _________________ Rosenborg, forever pride of the North!

Thank you Thomas Myhre. The EC was lost not today but when Myhre gave Turkey 2 presents in the first encounter. If Norway had won that game, then the game of tonight was not important anymore as Norway would have been qualified already.
As for todays game: why does the coach bring on Helstad that late? And why replacing Iversen by Helstad, instead of bringing in Helstad for a defender? If you're 1-2 behind you need to bring on an extra attacker, not replace one attacker by another. I don't understand why he did not sacrifice a defender and bring Helstad on earlier.
But I must admit Turkey deserved the win. Norway did not do much more than a lot of crosses which were easily saved by Volkan Demirel. This is a really disappointing result. Let's hope Turkey fucks up in their last game now, but I think the chance that happens is very slim _________________ Rosenborg, forever pride of the North!

It's just the naivety that annoyed me, a point would have still left it in Norge hands but we got the sucker punch.
When you look back at Serbia at home, Turkey in Frankfurt and yesterday, Norway have shot themselves in the foot big-time. |

Turkey has been not very consistent, they won in Greece and Norway but lost points vs Malta and Moldova. So you never know Bosnia can get a result in Turkey, the pressure is with Turkey for sure. But honestly, I don't see Bosnia win in Istanbul. Turkey has the crowd behind them, and Bosnia seems to have some turmoil in their team so they may not be at full strength.
What a crap weekend in terms of results. Only the victory of Northern Ireland was a bit pleasant, apart from that all the giants won and it seems we will be stuck with England again at Euro 2008 Hopefully Croatia wins in London so that Russia qualifies, but I think that chance is only very slim.
The qualifiers were nice with a few "small" countries doing very well (Israel, Finland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, ...) but in the end all the 'classic' countries will be qualified again. It would have been so much better if a few surprising teams would have qualified, like Israel or Scotland. There is still a bit of hope for Northern Ireland and Finland, but I am afraid they will just not make it. _________________ Rosenborg, forever pride of the North!
