Come on, people, what other performers should be in this event?
Eric Clapton - to set the sombre, depressed mood every finn loves
Andrew Dice Clay - let's face it, he's the only one who could take over when cod-killer's jaws start hurting after all that jabber
Jeff Foxworthy - what's a finnish comedy event without some redneck . Oh, and when he gets tedious (fish boy, you should look that up), the finns can reply with their own special humour and call out in accents that would bring tears to Thor Heyerdahl's dead eyes; "are you finnish yet?"
So, who else?
Imo, definately Modern Talking. The finns would really se the irony of cross-dressing Germans (kind of a trip down memory lane to -39).
I like the finns. I've served with them. Good boys. They hate the russians and love female Norwegian relief workers...

You don't mean HIM and such, do you?  They were good back in the days of Razorblade Romance but they have gone a bit too commercial ever since. But Ville is a charismatic guy, for sure. I prefer Tarja from Nightwish myself though  And every dream is just a voyage away
What is the background of Tampere United? Founded in 1998 you say, that sounds like some merger or some franchise? How was the team suddenly created and how did they enter the top division that rapidly?

Nah, can't stand HIM. I was thinking more in the lines of The Rasmus, Apocalyptica and Sonata Artica. and let's not forget Lordi, they are also a part of the so-called "Love metal"-genre. Anyone we have left out (you did cover Nigthwish)?

After a year away from the CL it's nice to see the board flooding over with immature fans from the opponents.
I must say though that the Tampere fans are behaving more childish than expected.
I think it's nice that finland got a growing interest for football, it's a much bigger sport than ice hockey
