How many people were at the Haifa game?
PS: also impressive: my fellow countrymen from Zulte-Waregem who, despite playing without 11 professional players, won 1-4 away in Vienna _________________ Rosenborg, forever pride of the North!

Yeah I really enjoyed it..it was rather a different atmosphere than against Rosenborg or any other league game..the fans really enjoyed it this time and everyone shouted and got mad at some points but it was really fun..we need games like this to give us something be happy about.
There were 15,000 fans because thats what the stadium can fill _________________ ~GA

Selling out a game on a different ground than your own, is a very good achievement
Make sure you beat Glasgow Rangers as well, those aren't my best friends (and neither is Celtic, but that's not really important here ) _________________ Rosenborg, forever pride of the North!

Those pictures are very good quality for a cell phone! I look forward to seeing those pictures from your friend. UEFA website only gave pictures from the game, not from fans or stadium...
Again, I wish you best of luck in Glasgow. I absolutely hate Rangers and their sectarian shit, so hopefully you can kick their ass really well _________________ Rosenborg, forever pride of the North!

With over 2000 posts it's hard to ignore him all the time, I guess
Anyway, good luck to Maccabi!
Is there any Scandinavian side left in fact in the UEFA? Odense is the only one? _________________ Rosenborg, forever pride of the North!

I think it's bad that "Зенит" is not in "Europe cup" this season. _________________ Футбольный клуб "Зенит" Санкт-Петербург |

We are missing this one, and -my opinion- the one upside is that the joy and pleasure are even more intense when you're being succesful again. Missing out on trophies for a year makes the next one feel more intense, as it feels less obvious. That's how I experience it anyway.
Zenit is a big name in my native Belgium, they played FC Bruges a few times in a European game in the eighties. Zenit was a very big club then. In recent times mostly CSKA will be well-known abroad, due to their UEFA Cup win. _________________ Rosenborg, forever pride of the North!

Maccabi lost 2-0 to Ranger, a fan ran in with palastine flag and the referee gave them 2 panalties. _________________ ~GA

I saw the game live. Tough luck for Maccabi, but they're still in second spot (due to Partizan and Livorno drawing) so if Maccabi now beats those two the qualification is assured. I wonder why the best striker was replaced though, when you're 1-0 down you should bring in extra attack forces and not an extra defender.
That guy running on the pitch is just sick, I hope Rangers get a serious fine for this. Why can't people seperate politics from football?! I mean, none of those Maccabi fans has anything to do with war, they just travel to the other end of Europe to watch their team in peace and in a relaxed atmosphere, and then those Rangers fans don't have the respect to at least leave the politics alone for 2 hours...
Zulte-Waregem won 3-1 versus Prague and is almost sure of qualification, and that's without full professional players _________________ Rosenborg, forever pride of the North!

And do you think the fan would think otherwise? It's not like one of our fans went in with Israeli flag and tied him self. _________________ ~GA

I would say that, whatever side one chooses (Israeli side or Palestinian side) a football stadium isn't the right place to display that political preference. Those fans of Haifa are not the ones who started a war, they travelled all the way to Glasgow to see their team and have a good time, I'm sure the last thing they want is to be reminded of problems they deal with every day. I find it very unrespectful of that one man to run onto that pitch and show his political view, thereby bothering innocent Haifa fans who didn't ask for a war. _________________ Rosenborg, forever pride of the North!

Very nice pictures Green Ape, god stuff! Also, a nice touch with those two-pole flags with past victories on them. I noticed that Rosenborg wasn't among them, though... _________________ "Engang en ret forvoven Jyde
