I am a Rosenborg fan from Edinburgh, Scotland and my favourite player is Harald Brattbakk.

When Harald came to Scotland to play for Celtic, people often said he was a bad player and was never good enough, and after scoring 23 goals in 26 games for RBK in 1997, he was expected to score just as many goals for Celtic. This was a very hard task and it made it especially hard because he was settling into a new country and a new style of football. Unfortunately, Celtic decided that they didn‘t need him anymore so they sold him to FC Kobenhavn. I thought this was unfair on Harald and he should have been given more time to settle in, but Celtic didn‘t think so.

As all RBK fans will know he then returned to RBK after two years in
Denmark, and is once again playing very well and scoring goals like he does best. One moment i especially enjoyed was RBK vs Celtic in the Champions League, when Celtic visited Lerkendal and Harald scored 2 goals against his former team and won the match for RBK, to prove that they were wrong and should never have sold him. This also proved that Harald is the top striker that he is and will continue to score goals wherever he plays.
