Hjemmekamp først mot Honka

Igjen ser Rosenborg ut til å måtte endre rekkefølgen på hjemme- og bortekampene i kvalifiseringa til europaligaen. Trolig blir det hjemmekamp først mot Honka.

Trolig tur til Finland for RBK

UEFA ønsker ikke flere kamper i samme by samtidig, og dersom både Honka og HJK Helsinki går videre til 3. kvalifiseringsrunde må Honka sin hjemmekamp flyttes til torsdag 6. august, skriver rbk.no.

Det blir henvist til §12-9 i turneringsreglementet:

If more than one club from the same city, or within a radius of 50 km of each other, are taking part in any of the UEFA club competitions and/or play in the same stadium, and if the national association and the clubs concerned explicitly declare when entering the clubs that their matches cannot be played on the same day, priority is given to UEFA Champions League matches and UEFA Europa League matches are reversed in accordance with the principles set by the Club Competitions Committee.

Både Honka og HJK er klare favoritter til avansement etter henholdsvis 2-0 hjemme mot Bangor og 1-0 borte mot Vetra Vilnius.

Det betyr at vinneren av Qarabag - Rosenborg etter alt å dømme begynner med hjemmekamp mot Honka torsdag 30. juli med returkamp i Finland 6. august.
