The league match in Fredrikstad will instead be played Friday 21 August. |

This year's opponent is none other than Rosenborg.

It will be interesting to see how RBKS fares today.
Real pounded every one of their preseason opponents thus far, but this one will be at their home site with a sellout crowd.
RBK will be waling into the thunderdome this afternoon, hopefully they put on a good show.
I'll be watching.

first 10 minutes, RBK is doing a good job keeping their shape, but Madrid is playing a good part of the game in our third.

15 minutes to go in the 1st half.

Indeed, matches like this serve more as instrumental occasions than as proper contests. For Madrid, it was a chance to show off some new signings to a packed house, and welcome back two long-term absentees. Rosenborg, back atop the Norwegian league, will reflect on the need for improvement before next season's Champions League.
