Lyon won 1-0 away to Nantes yesterday. Fred was the goalscorer.
"We were very lucky to reach half-time at 0-0. We have produced better football in training than tonight. We have a lot to fear from Rosenborg's commitment if we don't improve," said goalkeeper Gregory Coupet.

If Rosenborg win this game and the rest of their home games they should qualify.
I think Lyon will be the group winners so anything in this game is a bonus. I predict 1-1 |

I'm afraid you may be slightly over-optimistic about how well we'll do, although I'd agree that our best chance against Lyon (and Real Madrid for that matter) will be at home.
Where in Scotland are you, btw? _________________ "Engang en ret forvoven Jyde

I agree i'm being over optimistic however that's what i hope the score will be.
I'm from Aberdeen by the way, home of the AFC and The Red Army |

Aye! So do I, mate, so do I... I'm afraid our chances are a wee bit on the slim side, though. It'll be great fun tonight, whichever way it goes; with Lerkendal packed to the rafters and nice weather to boot!

I lived in Greenock and Glesga for five years. Had a smashing time in Scotland, where my passion for football was truly awoken. Only got to see Aberdeen once, briefly, while on a roadtrip up the east coast. Lovely people, not at all like those Edinburgh w*nkers.
So, how do you fancy Aberdeen's chances in the SPL?
Anyways, welcome to the forum mate! _________________ "Engang en ret forvoven Jyde

RBK - Lyon 0-1:
"This was a match that I saw ending in a draw. So it irritates me incredibly that a mistaken free kick is decisive for the result," Høgmo said at the post-match press conference.
