There's a different between a UK manager and a norwegian manager. I doubt anyone here is a manager in the english sense of the world.

But a few head coaches, maybe.

The Norway cup is a huge tournament for kids, played in the summer in Oslo. I dont know the exact age range, but I guess it's something around 8-16 (?)

10-19. It has been the biggest tournament in the world for many years. I don't know about now, but it's still enormous.

Not a manager, I would be bad in that, I lean more towards the organisational part of football.

My dream football-wise is to found an all-autistic football club someday. I wanted to play football myself as a teenager, but it never happened, I never felt comfortable in joining a club because I would not have functioned well social-wise in there. I want to offer the next generation of aspies a more protected environment to play their sportwithout any worries. I hope to found that club some day, maybe in the future when the inhostile reactions would not be a problem anymore. Only target of the club would be making fun and offer aspie/autistic football fans the chance to play.

Hopefully. I have a strong feeling to stand up for the autism emancipation movement and the autism pride movement, founding a sports club for "my people" would just be part of that. It is something I would love to do, but it wont be easy as a club requires money and thus sponsors. To find sponsors on amateur level is difficult, and I fear those who come over may see the club as a "freak show" or rarity while I would want only sponsors who have a sincere interest in the autistic minority and want to financially help for the right reasons and not because they see it as sponsoring a sort of freak show.
