My native tongue might be Norwegian (Riktignok et sobert riksmål, såpass må jeg nesten få insistere på). As for my written and spoken English (I live and work in the UK 8 months a year, the other months divedred between Oslo and Tokyo) it does tend to be better than my own native language, bar the odd mishap when late, late , late at some forum. But thats beside to point; you lost to one f the most godawful clubs in Europe. By the sounds of it ,aftwerwards, by listening to the likes of you - we were seconds from a "sensation". As if..... |

The fact that they were General Franco`s old club should account for something, I`d say. Hence the phrase "godawful " club |

Come off it yourself Lloyd. Rosenborg played well against one of the world's best sides. Real had a mere handful of chances and even fewer shots on goal, on which they only scored once.
Rosenborg had greater possession, greater ball capture, better midfield play, more shots on goal and more corners. Rosenborg didn't score because we weren't good enough in front of their goal. Real scored because they were. _________________ "Engang en ret forvoven Jyde

And when we're into movies: Daniel Braaten compilation
A scout from AC Milan was at Lerkendal yesterday, hopefully he won't take Danny boy away from us! |

Rosenborg played great on Tuesday, really did deserve a draw at least from the game.
Skjilbred is already looking like a good talent and Madrid didn't threaten at all, both of their goals were lucky although Dorsin was a little clumsy.
Still, only Cassias kept the score 2-0. Braaten was excellent, he deserved to score.
Third place is looking good, RBK have to win the UEFA Cup to get back into Europe or will they enter the Intertoto Competiton? |

I agree with you. We deserved points.
With a draw or victory against Olympiacos we will qualify for the UEFA Cup's third round. Our coach, Høgmo, has gone out and said we're going to play in Europe next spring. That's the quarterfinals.
Yeah, Braaten played like a world class player. Here's a video of him: http://media.putfile.com/braaten Utterly recommended!
Skjelbred is a talent indeed. Just 18 years old and already one of our best players. |
