Footballers' enlistment

Hi everybody.
As I already said some times,I'm trying to form a team to inscribe in italian 4th division for the season 2007/08.
Reading the rules of italian football federation I knew that I will need of some guys born in 1987,1988 and 1989.
Is there someone born in these years,with experiences in lower divisions interested to join my project ?
If you need of other information I will be very happy to give you.
I would be very grateful if you can help me,I don't know others who can join my group.
